Services are provided primarily via telehealth video call to clients across Australia, in accordance with relevant professional, legal, and ethical standards.

Most clinical services are provided via telehealth. By engaging in telehealth sessions, you acknowledge:

• telehealth video call sessions require a stable internet connection and a device with a working camera and microphone, and may occasionally be affected by technical issues;
• you are responsible for ensuring you are in a private, safe, and confidential environment for your sessions;
• telehealth may not be suitable for all conditions or situations, and an onward referral may be recommended where clinically indicated.

Forensic psychology services (including assessments, expert reports, and Section 14 / sentencing reports) are subject to additional terms, including:

• a separate written letter of engagement or fee agreement may be required;
• Dr Gus Norris's overriding duty when preparing court reports is to the Court, not to the instructing party;
• the scope, timeframe, and fees for forensic work will be confirmed in writing before substantive work begins.

Submitting a forensic enquiry through this website does not constitute formal instruction or engagement.

Current standard fees for clinical and forensic services are available on request and will be confirmed before any appointment or engagement. By booking an appointment or engaging services, you agree to pay the fees as agreed.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be provided to you and may include fees for late cancellations or non-attendance.

Where eligible, clients may be able to claim Medicare rebates under a Mental Health Treatment Plan (or other applicable scheme) or private health insurance rebates. Eligibility is the client's responsibility, and you should confirm with Medicare and/or your insurer.
