Dr Gus Norris is a Sydney-based Clinical Psychologist specialising in the assessment and treatment of mental health difficulties that affect wellbeing, functioning, and quality of life.
Using psychological therapies grounded in a strong scientific evidence base, Gus works collaboratively with clients to identify the key factors maintaining their difficulties and develop an individualised treatment approach. The focus is on meaningful, sustainable change - helping people regain stability, confidence, and direction.
Gus has over 30 years' clinical experience and was previously a Senior Clinical Psychologist with NSW Health, treating a wide range of presentations across adolescent and adult populations.

Dr Gus Norris provides forensic psychological assessments and reports for criminal and legal proceedings. These assessments assist courts and legal practitioners where mental health factors are relevant to alleged behaviour, sentencing, diversion, or treatment considerations.
Reports are prepared in accordance with professional, ethical, and evidence-based standards and may include:
Assessment of mental health at the time of the alleged offence
Capacity and psychological functioning
Section 14 and diversion applications
